  • Season the Avocado: To the mashed avocado, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes, and cumin powder. Mix thoroughly to ensure all the spices and flavours are evenly distributed.
  • Toast the Bread: In a pan or toaster, lightly toast the whole wheat or multigrain bread slices until they are crispy and golden brown. This provides a crunchy base for the creamy avocado spread.
  • Sauté Soya Chunks (Optional): If you’re adding soya chunks for a boost of protein, heat 1 tablespoon of Sresth Ora cold-pressed olive oil in a pan. Add the soya chunks and sauté for about 2-3 minutes, until they become crisp and golden. Season them with a pinch of salt and pepper for extra flavour.
